I got a lovely email today from Tim Wallach at Handsworth Grammar School, and I reproduce it here with permission.
Dear Ian (and team)
I had my head of department asking about a Y10 student whose parents would like him moved set.

It completely took the pressure off me and put it back onto the kid and his effort.
So thanks
Tim
