With the recent updates to both the teacher and student modules of Yacapaca, the blog was well overdue for an overhaul. And here it is.
As well as improving legibility for longer articles, I wanted to make it easier to focus on just the article you are reading, with less distraction. The result is we are switching off many of the grooviest features of WordPress in order to reduce the cognitive load.
The redesign is being managed for me by the very talented Sandra Hegedush; she is basing it on the Silesia theme for WordPress. At the time of writing, Sandra is not finished. Everything I want is in there, but there’s plenty left to chuck out.
